COVID-19 STATEMENT

To all of our customers,
At Misery Worldwide, the health and well-being of our customers and communities are our top priority. We understand the concern around the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Like you, we are constantly monitoring the latest news, and we are following the advice from various government and health authorities on how best to protect our customers and our teams.
We take our responsibility to our customers, employees and accounts very seriously.
We wanted to share some immediate steps and precautions we have taken in all of our locations to ensure a safe, comfortable and clean environment.
In our areas of retail and distribution, we have and will continue to take precautionary measures including rigorous and regular cleaning. We have also implemented additional sanitizing procedures to disinfect and regularly clean all work spaces.
We are adopting the methods of frequent hand washing of at least 20 seconds in, and out of workspaces.  We are also encouraging individuals to work from home when possible. 
In accordance with local government direction, our stockists in the United States of America, zumiez and Dolls Kill, have both closed their retail locations, however online is still operating within the guidelines.
Our website will remain open and we are shipping orders twice a week to ensure social distancing and safe practices are met. We are doing our best to avoid delays on orders and customer service requests, however we ask for your understanding and patience during this time. Royal Mail are experiencing delays with UK & International Parcels due to employee numbers, so we appreciate your patience with deliveries taking a little longer to get to you.
