When will my order ship?

Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days, but due to the current global pandemic, this can be up to 10. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

How much is shipping? 

UK £3.99 - EUR - £7.99 - ROW - £9.99

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once processed (currently up to 10 days due to the pandemic) & dispatched -
UK orders take 1-3 days
EU orders 5 - 7 days
Rest of World orders 5 - 10 days
Some orders can/may take up to 14 days for Europe & Rest of World due to customs delays & other exceptions/occurrences. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit & credit cards Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, Amazon & more...

Do I have to have a PayPal account to place an order?

No, when you reach the payment stage of the checkout and are directed to PayPal, underneath the log in section please click the 'or pay with credit/debit card'.

Can I return an order if I don't like the product/it doesn't fit? 

Yes, however orders returned due to sizing & change of mind are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will also have to cover the return postage costs.

Can I return an order if the product is damaged? 

Yes, send us photographic evidence via email ASAP. We can issue you with a returns label to send back the faulty product. Once received back we can either issue a full refund, or stock permitting, a replacement.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking info along with your shipping confirmation.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

Please e mail us at info@miseryworldwide.com if you have any problems with coupon codes and we will be happy to help.

How can I make changes to my order?

When a order is placed we have a small time frame to change the shipping address on the order usually less than 1 hour. Please e mail info@miseryworldwide.com and we will do our best to help you.

How can I work/model for you?

Shoot us an email or DM us on Instagram, we try to get back to everyone within 48 hours.
All sales are final. If you receive faulty goods or the wrong size/item, please email info@miseryworldwide.com with your order number. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is flagged potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. Note: There is a five day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.
