When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours, but due to the current global pandemic, this can take up to 1 week. Please understand we are a small business ran by 2 people at max, we are working as quick as possible to get your orders out, so we really appreciate your patience during this time.

How much is shipping? 

FREE TO UK SPEND OVER £10. 
FREE TO EUROPE SPEND OVER £50.
FREE REST OF WORLD SPEND OVER £75.
OTHERWISE IT'S £3.99 IF YOU'RE IN THE UK, £10 IF YOU'RE IN EUROPE, & £12 FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once processed (currently up to 7 days due to the pandemic) & dispatched -
UK orders take 2-4 days *
EU orders 5-7 days *
Rest of World orders 7-10 days *

Some orders can/may take up to 14 days for Europe & Rest of World due to customs delays & other exceptions/occurrences. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit & credit cards Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, KLARNA Buy Now Pay Later, ApplePay, GooglePay, Amazon & more...

Do I have to have a PayPal account to place an order?

No, when you reach the payment stage of the checkout and are directed to PayPal, underneath the log in section please click the 'or pay with credit/debit card'.

Can I return an order if I don't like the product/it doesn't fit? 

Yes, however we STRONGLY suggest you make sure you order the correct size using the measurement guide on each product page. Changing the size you order via email is not guaranteed & will cause a delay in your order being shipped. Orders returned due to sizing & change of mind are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will also have to cover the return postage costs.

Can I return an order if the product is damaged? 

Yes, send us photographic evidence via email ASAP. We can issue you with a returns label to send back the faulty product. Once received back we can either issue a full refund, or stock permitting, a replacement.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking info along with your shipping confirmation.

Why didn't I receive all of my items?

Don't worry, we have two UK locations which we ship from so your order may be split. If you don't receive missing products within 5 days of the first package feel free to email us so we can check.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

Please e mail us at info@miseryworldwide.com if you have any problems with coupon codes and we will be happy to help.

How can I make changes to my order?

When a order is placed we have a small time frame to change the shipping address on the order usually less than 1 hour. Please e mail info@miseryworldwide.com and we will do our best to help you.

How can I work/model for you?

Shoot us an email or DM us on Instagram, we try to get back to you ASAP however we unfortunately cannot reply to everyone.

How can I return an order?

If you receive faulty goods or the wrong size/item, please email info@miseryworldwide.com with your order number. All sales are final. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is flagged potentially fraudulent by our payment systems. You have 14 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund in the original condition & packaging.
