Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days, but due to the current global pandemic & local lockdowns in the UK, this can take up to 14. Changing the size you order via email is not guaranteed & will cause a delay in your order being shipped. Orders returned due to sizing & change of mind are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will also have to cover the return postage costs.

Yes, send us photographic evidence via email ASAP. We can issue you with a returns label to send back the faulty product. Once received back we can either issue a full refund, or stock permitting, a replacement.
