Can I return an order if I don't like the product/it doesn't fit?
Yes, however we STRONGLY suggest you make sure you order the correct size using the measurement guide on each product page. Changing the size you order via email is not guaranteed & will cause a delay in your order being shipped. Orders returned due to sizing & change of mind are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will also have to cover the return postage costs.
Can I return an order if the product is damaged?
Yes, send us photographic evidence via email ASAP. We can issue you with a returns label to send back the faulty product. Once received back we can either issue a full refund, or stock permitting, a replacement.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking info along with your shipping confirmation.
Why didn't I receive all of my items?
Don't worry, we have two UK locations which we ship from so your order may be split. If you don't receive missing products within 5 days of the first package feel free to email us so we can check.
